Terms of Use – AKingPoker

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) shall be effective for the User as of the date of registration and acceptance of these Terms. They govern the legal relationship between the individual or group wishing to use the platform, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, and AKingPoker, a platform dedicated to the management of poker games, rankings, tournaments, and related events (“AKingPoker” or “Platform”).

Acceptance of the Terms

Access to and use of the AKingPoker Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, regardless of whether the User completes registration. Acceptance is confirmed when the User selects the checkbox indicating “I accept the Terms”.

Platform Functionality

AKingPoker provides a digital environment designed to facilitate the organization and management of poker games and tournaments by centralizing player data, rankings, match results, and event schedules.

User Obligations and Responsibilities

The User agrees to provide accurate information and is solely responsible for the accuracy of game results and data entered into the Platform. The Platform must not be used for illegal gambling activities.

AKingPoker Responsibilities

AKingPoker shall make reasonable efforts to provide a stable and functional Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or game outcomes.

Fees and Payments

AKingPoker may offer free or paid plans, including trial periods. Any fees or subscription conditions will be clearly communicated before charges occur.

Intellectual Property

All rights related to the AKingPoker Platform, including design, features, source code, and ranking logic, are the exclusive property of AKingPoker.

Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Cancellation

The User may cancel their account at any time, resulting in loss of access to the Platform and associated data.

Prohibited Uses

The Platform must not be used to distribute unlawful content or violate third-party rights.

Platform Availability

AKingPoker strives to keep the Platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
